This FURNISHED courtyard style apartment community features open-air direct access to each individual unit and welcomes in natural light from a large picture window. The open concept living room and eat-in kitchen is divided by a spacious breakfast bar with seating for two. For your convenience, a gas stove, refrigerator and garbage disposal are all included. New stainless steel stove and fridge. The living room is furnished with a velvety royal blue sectional, coffee table, TV, reading lamp and a couple of plants. Two chairs are tucked in at the kitchen bar and the large bedroom will include a full sized mirror, 6-drawer dresser, and a modern full size bed frame with attached side table shelving and mattress (not pictured). This apartment has no shortage of storage space either! Besides the coat closet at the front door, the bedroom has spacious closet with sliding, mirrored doors plus two built-in linen cabinets and a large bathroom vanity. The en-suite bathroom features an extended countertop with space for a stool to sit on while getting ready in the morning. It also features a door that separates the toilet and shower from the rest of the bathroom for added privacy for couples sharing the space. Shared coin-operated laundry is available on-site! One carport or gated lot parking space is INCLUDED! Minimum one year lease. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash AND gas! Tenant only pays for electric and optional services such as cable and internet. Pets will be considered with an additional deposit, however, no aggressive breed dogs will be accepted. First months rent plus one month security deposit and any applicable pet deposits will be due at lease signing within 48 hours of an approval. There is no risk to apply and the $40 application and credit check fee is not due until the owner has confirmed your basic qualifications and has chosen your application to proceed with. Application processing can take 1-2 days depending on how quickly your references get back to us.
