Great access to downtown Seattle and everything our city has to offer! Visit us in the late spring or summer months and enjoy fresh vegetables from our garden! About the home: The spacious master has an extremely cozy California King memory foam bed and TV/DVD player. The guest bedroom has a trundle bed with lots of light. The bathroom has been completely remodeled. There is a spacious living area with a large TV and entertainment system including free WiFi. Our partially remodeled kitchen includes an eating space, laundry and small appliances. The brand new deck is perfect for entertaining including propane BBQ. Amenities/Features: Free WiFi Surround sound/BD player HBO/Starz Netflix Streaming Microwave Washer/Dryer (including detergent). Full fridge Small kitchen appliances Coffee/Tea Large deck with propane BBQ Bath towels and limited toiletries Free local airport pickup when the owner is available. Stock the fridge in advance! (fees based on cost of purchase only). Personal chef services available upon request (fees apply). RATES: Standard rate: $95 nightly Seasonal (June 1st- September 5th) : $150 nightly $75 cleaning fee
