It's a 2br/2ba corner unit in the phase 3 tower, the newest section of the complex, with hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Living here is amazing. There's a concierge who takes care of accepting packages, courtyard, hot tub, gyms, basketball, climbing wall, and more. It's also right next to Caltrain, Muni, Safeway, and Philz coffee. This listing is for the living room -- we have Japanese-style dividers that separate it really well. Photos are of the living room before we converted it to a living area. We'll take care of the utilities, cleaning (we have cleaners come every weekday), and Internet (75mbit).

$2350 SUNDAY OPEN HOUSE Bedroom with private Bathroom in 2BR/2BA in SOMA Hi Friends, I am having an open house on Sunday at 5PM on Feb 7. There's a vacancy in my 2BR/2BA apartment in SOMA. The apartment is right next to the Caltrain (on 4th and King) in San Francisco. I will firstly detail a bit about the location and the flat itself and then go on to detail the room itself. Salient features of the apartment complex: -- It is part of the Avalon Group so it is 24/7 serviced, has a lobby and receptionist to help you anytime. -- The complex itself has 2 gyms and both are decently big (almost the size of Google gyms). -- The community is guarded by FOBs. -- There's an indoor Basketball court (hell yeah!) and a game room on ground floor with Pool, Table Tennis and a climbing wall (you heard it right)! -- There's a fairly big hot tub in the other phase of the same building (i.e you have access to it). Salient features of the apartment: -- The apartment is located on 3rd floor and the best part is that it's not in a dark lobby but faces a well aerated courtyard. -- The courtyard has **2** big BBQ grills and the community hall (with TV and a nice lounge). The place is perfect for a date night OR a Halloween party alike. It literally faces the apartment. -- The common spaces in the apartment are already furnished (see pictures again). We have a 5-7 person sofa with ottoman, a 45' flatscreen TV bought a year ago and a well equipped kitchen. Lastly, we like to keep it artsy so there's a bunch of paintings in the living room. -- There's an in-unit washer and dryer. -- We also keep a small bar in the kitchen, for those good times! -- Location, Location and location: Right next to the K, T and N muni stops. Right next to Caltrain and 2 blocks walking distance to major company shuttle stops (Major south bay company shuttle stops is 2 blocks away). -- Bagel Saturdays! Every Saturday the apartment has free coffee and bagels for grabs during breakfast. -- There's a Safeway 1 block away and Philz and Panera in the same block (Panera in in fact part of the Avalon complex). Now about the room: -- The room you're about to occupy has the bedroom, closet and bathroom all together and guarded by the door (see pics for what I mean). This means you'll have total privacy. -- It is the bigger of the two rooms. -- The room is unfurnished (the current pictures are from my room mate). About the lease: -- The lease will be 1yr since that's the cheapest option. -- The room will be rated at ~ USD2400. What am I looking for: -- I want to rent the room out to someone who is clean. It's important to keep the common places tidy. -- You're welcome to perk up the place. In fact I would love to get some new touches to the living room. -- I am outgoing and love to have a good time. That's a given in the apartment but the apartment building rules are no party after 11PM. We keep it fun but responsible here. -- I like to Ski and go Sailing in winter and summers and I usually like to explore the city a lot. If you're a fun person in general that's a great plus! Want to see the house? -- Since I work Mon - Fri I will be available for viewing after 8:00 PM (or 7:00PM if really interested) any of the weekdays and weekends by appointments and schedule.
