Features: - Central heat (no a/c), modern construction (great insulation) - Lots of south-facing sun on main floor - 18-24' ceilings on main floor area - Extensive fixed ceiling lighting, gas range, dishwasher, disposal, fridge/freezer. Move-in details: - First and last month rent required - Security deposit equal to 1 month's rent - Landlord pays: Garbage (shared bins accessed 24/7 around the corner on 24th Street, behind bank building) - Tenant pays: all other utilities.
