You will have access to the master bedroom with attached bathroom, and another bedroom - so 2 bedrooms (if you need one additional we can discuss) in a 4 BR house with access to all common areas- living room, kitchen, dining, guest bathroom, etc. In-unit laundry. Full size crib available if needed. Other 2 rooms and garage will be used for storing personal belongings and locked...so the house will be all yours. Footage is 1700+ sq ft in total...netted out to 1400 to account for the two bedrooms. Term- 6 months- 1 year. No pets. Plenty of street parking available. Available first week of July or later. Will be professionally cleaned before handing over. Please note some pics are current and some are bit dated when the house was bought. Please send any enquiries with background about yourself, and what you are looking for.
