My time living at Avalon has been fantastic so far. Lots of friendly folks and it's very dog friendly too, which we greatly appreciate. Depending on the building and unit you're in, you may hear (and feel) the Caltrain more prominently, but we've found our unit to be insulated decently well from the noise so it's never really bothered us. I definitely want to give a huge shout out to the amazing staff working here. From Matt and KC (while he was still at this location) for always being super welcoming, friendly, and transparent; to Steve and Rogelio and the whole maintenance crew for their incredible responsiveness and care (and for all the dog treats!) Would highly recommend anyone to at least give Avalon a visit to meet all these friendly folks :)
