I have lived at Corinthian House for almost 6 years. Living here has been the best and most relaxing and very AFFORDABLE place that I have ever lived. My all Neighbors are the best. The buildings have all had great improvements, New furniture in all common areas, new paint both inside and out, new silverware and chairs in the dinning room, lobby area has been painted, new front desk and furniture in waiting area, the grounds are nice and clean maintained weekly. The Executive Director is a very nice lady, willing to help in any way she can, as well as the rest of the staff. I could go on and on, but the best way to experience what I experience daily is to come and see it for your self. I give Corinthian House a 5 star rating .

You know what, the New Owners aka Corinthian Community Partners, a Partnership of Several different Individuals based in Irvine CA, purchased Corinthian House on Budd Avenue in Campbell, not that long ago. In doing so, the plans went with the plans for Corinthian House, with the idea of the renovation of the whole complex, with the intention of renovating each apartment. New kitchen stove with a microwave, new refrigerator, new sink, new Refrigerator, New Counter Top, and new Cabinets. New wood type flooring in combined living room and kitchen, pantry, hallway, and bedroom. New floor in bathroom with new vanity with cupboard and mirror, new toilet and shower. New windows and blinds. The old heating unit and old Air conditioner will be replaced . All buildings have been repainted. There will be a new laundry room. The new Beauty Salon in place, new Workout room, Activity Room, has a library with new possibilities, lounge with the possible additions to food situations for residents. As someone who lives here, it’s great to be a part of this change. Then, Esther, Shelby, AM, Veronica, and others from Arrowhead are great. Kristie and Tom, are great as the Night Managers Then there is Ivan, who is really tops from I believe it is Paradim, with Mike and other ones from outside in construction and other related businesses….who are there to make the change in the buildings for the whole complex, into a good, into one that Is even better than better. It felt good to tell this today, as an old person, who spent too long to find my glasses, were right there on the floor by my bed. That happens often, when one gets old and can’t find the important things, when you have things like glasses. It’s going to be an even better to live in the newly redesigned Corinthian House in Campbell.
