The Avalon Silicon Valley is definitively the best complex I've lived at in the last 5 years. While the facilities and recent renovation are top notch, I have to say that the staff here is really where the Avalon shines. Seeing and interacting with the right people every day when you're home really makes all of the difference in the world. Let's start with the facilities - they recently renovated, and it shows. During the warmer months, the pool area is lively with folks swimming, relaxing, and grilling. The outdoor TVs and fireplace were a great touch. The units themselves are classy; especially the Signature ones. The furnishings are high end, and you can tell some thought went into the design. It doesn't feel like a mishmash of ideas. Now, on to the staff - I've been lucky enough to work with and build a bond with these folks, and I'm thankful I did. After a rough period in my life, I had decided to move out quickly. Sam, Luiza, and Jack all went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of in ending my lease early without breaking the bank, and even went as far as loaning me Avalon assets to make my move easier. I'd like to also give a shout out to Oscar & Arturo, who put up with my incessant questions when I see them. However, due to what they've done, this place feels like home. I'm greeted with a smile, handshake, everything whenever I walk in. I'm thankful I got to meet them, and am incredibly happy to have been a resident here.

Avalon has been my home for a year & 2 months. I am giving the Leasing Office and Maintenance Team 10 stars. Rachel, Val, KC and Steve from the leasing office have been wonderful and have been very supportive & resolved any issues we may have. Maintenance Team is great as well, quick and efficient. We are pleased to call this community our home.
