Okay! I love Avalon/Ava apartments. My experience at Avalon Cahill Park had it's pros and cons, but let me say Asher was the best ever and helped me out so much! I had reservations before moving here: The first day I ever went to Avalon Cahill Park, I had a tour scheduled and was banging on the door waiting for someone to open it - you would think no one is there, however after about 10 minutes they finally opened and said my appointment was with someone else there and that she wasn't able to help me b/c they were waiting on the rep that was scheduled with me. I was super frustrated because I was thinking... wow you see me outside banging on the door and you can see through the door yet you don't open it for 10 minutes because it's not your appointment rather than just opening and saying "your tour is through a different rep"? I work in customer service so this struck me the wrong way. This ended up happening again a few weeks after, I got there and they were inside but they let me bang on the door for a while before opening it up. Unprofessional and bad customer service [NOT ASHER], especially when she opened the door and she was there working AND the property managers door was open and she was at her computer. However - I put my feelings aside, & moved into CAHILL PARK. I ended up hating it b/c of the constant broken elevator in building 4 and didn't like the area really. After 3 months of living there, I moved/transferred to AVA Nob Hill here in SF which I really love! PROS @ CAHILL PARK: ASHER - Asher helped me move out, transfer to another Avalon location [AVA Nob Hill SF] because my work moved me to SF. Asher walked me through the process, told me what to do, how to do it and made sure everything was taken care of for me. My process moving in wasn't my favorite and the customer service part drives me crazy since I don't wanna talk on the phone to a robot and leave a vm all the time, but Asher really made me content when I left there! ..... AND to top that off, the city locations for AVA/AVALON are nicer, SUPER on it/responsive and the customer service has been amazing while living here - highly recommend!
