This place is great and the office staff was amazing! Went to visit a friend and while there I was so impressed by the apartments atmosphere! It was a beautiful area and felt so comfortable and safe! I went back to tour the apartments and the office staff was great! Especially the property manager, Giovann! She was beyond helpful and nice!! She explained everything in detail and the tour she gave just made you want to move in right then and there! Thank you Giovann for making it a great experience! Your company has a Gem in her !!

We have lived here for years. No rental unit will be perfect, but you really cannot beat the location for this price! We have seen turnover of many office staff and genuinely feel a commitment of the current leasing agents (Caleb and Josh) to maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere in the office. We always feel welcome even if it’s just for a quick chat! Giovann the manager has made many improvements over the years and fights for this property to stay up to date with trends, quality improvement projects, and at least one (usually two) fun events per month. Since moving here they have completely renovated the office to make it more user-friendly (a WFH space instead of wine room), resurfaced the pool and spa, updated the grounds’ landscaping, turf, and furniture, pained and re-carpeted the hallways, and painted the exterior in modern tones. It’s also very pet friendly and they have expanded the fenced-in dog run area, added play obstacles and turf, and hosted pet-centered events. Can you get cheaper units a few blocks away? Yep but you’ll have homeless issues and security risks. It’s a very “pocketed” area of Phoenix and this happens to be one of the safest central locations around. Plus it’s across the street from upscale shopping and restaurants rather than boost mobile and circle K. Your choice. There’s a reason we haven’t moved!
