One of the best apartments I have stayed in so far, very clean and well maintained amenities. I wish I could give more than 5 rating to this apartment and the property manager Basil. Basil is such a helpful person and the best property manager I have come across till now, very approachable. The day we moved in to the apartment it felt like we are home and he made our move in very easy and stress free and he literally cooperated a lot with our move in. whenever we had any maintenance issues he was just a call away and he always make sure that the issue gets resolved quickly. Even when we were moving out he was always there to help us in each and every manner, he literally went above and beyond. Its just my husband got a job in some other state so we had to move out otherwise I would have stayed here for longer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO EVERYONE.

It has been a pleasure staying at the Cedars Apartments for the past 2 years. The place is safe and clean. The newly renovated lobby, gym, and coworking space are very nice - I sometimes hold my business zoom meetings there. Basil, the building manager, has been tremendously helpful and made my stay at the Cedars Apartments super pleasant. He is quick at responding to inquiries and requests. The apartment is in upper Belltown, so it is more quiet than other parts of Belltown while still close to many restaurants. Pike Place market/downtown (groceries) is ~15min walk away, and the Olympic Sculpture Park waterfront is ~5 min walk away, which is great for my evening walks where I can see the snow-capped mountains across the waters.
