Tenant pays their own electric, internet, and their portion of the water bill which is on 1 meter with the upstairs unit (So if 2 people move in you will pay 2/3rds or 1/2 if just 1 person moves in) the TOTAL water bill has been averaging around $145/month for both units. Landlord covers Recycling, garbage, sewer, and composting. Your home has a walk score of 9.5/10 and a Transit Score of 10/10.
