This is an apartment right behind the Oakland CCA campus. The unit can hold up to three people, but two people comfortably. The campus security is around 24/7 so the street is very quiet and safe. College ave is literally across the street and we are about a ten minutes walk from the Rockridge BART. Also there are many shops including bookstores, hair & nail salons, organic shops, cafe and various restaurants. The laundry room and the bike garage is in the building. Wi-fi and pg&e is separate. Trash, water, heating is included in the rent. Safeway is the street over along with Starbucks, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase. Super sweet location, hope we welcome some new people to our home by June but we can discuss moving in earlier!

Hi I am looking for a roommate to share a room. You will be sharing the unit with 3 girls. Our unit has kitchen, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of our rommates is living in her own room paying more rent($1250). The other 2 rommates and you will share living room and the other bedroom. The space of living room and the bedroom is enough for 3desks and 3beds. We also have spare bed and desk so if you want you can use those. The rent for sharing will be $667+utilities(internet fee+electricity bill= $30-50 depends on we use) It is literally right behind California College of the arts, laundry is in the building. Our apartment has a pool if you would like to use. 51A bus stops right in front of the school, Rockridge bart station is within 10-15 min. of walking distance.
