Miss Tashayla is absolutely wonderful hands down. Not only was she a doll with my kids, she was extremely knowledgeable and professional, she was uplifting, non judgmental, personable and motivating. I've done business with other apartment properties who were shady, money hungry with no shame, and the employees there were clearly only there for a paycheck and bothered they had to do any work. I have been a resident at Woodchase Apt Homes for a few years now, and I wanted to express my gratitude to an amazing staff. Brian Berry the Property Senior Manager and the Maintenance team are awesome. I must admit that I do miss Tashayla, but Brian is doing a great job as our Property manager, he is very attentive to the property's needs and he takes the time to listen when there is a problem on the property. As a long-time tenant I feel very safe here at Woodchase Apt. Homes. Brian, thank you and your team for always being available!

Hi all, I have been living at Woodchase Apartments in San Leandro, Ca for almost 2 years, and I must say without a doubt, that I LOVE it here. It is so nice and quiet here, something I really appreciate. And on the rare occasion that I have a small issue, all I have to do is walk down to my leasing office and talk to my leasing manager Mr Brian Berry. He is just so kind, friendly, and helpful. He has always addressed any issue in a kind and friendly manner. When Brian first came to Woodchase, I went down to the office to meet him, just because I feel a person should always know who they’re dealing with in any type of business. Well, let me tell you, Brian did not disappoint me. His personality was so warm and welcoming. His vibe and personality definitely matches his smile. It is so refreshing, so keep doing what you’re doing Brian. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. If I could give you more stars, I would give you 10 of them.

Tashayla is so accommodating and hospitable. She is helpful to us. Cause we are first time renters, she is guiding us every step in just two we move in. No words to say how much we appreciate taking care thru the process of finding a home for my family. All praise to her and the company. We’ll recommend.

Tashayla was so amazing to us! My daughter loves her and she gives her snacks every time we are in the office. She got us a great apartment and was able to move us in very quickly. My daughter also has friends she likes to play with here so that’s a plus. I love Woodchase Apartments thanks to Tashayla and am so grateful for her assistance.
