Abundance of windows and light. Must see, very cute and contemporary. Package: Tenant pays portion of PG and E, water and garbage per heads. We are asking for first and last month plus $2000 deposit with 12 months lease. The place is ideal for one (or two maximum) people. Indoor Cats allow but no dog and no smoking.
