two bedroom, one bath condo in Hayes Valley. This apartment is located on the first floor of a Victorian and has been recently remodeled. Hardwood floors and original crown molding throughout with floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of natural light. The apartment also has a small sitting area/office which connects to one of the bedrooms through pocket doors. Very convenient to the Market streetcar and Muni. Downtown is just three stops away and only a few more to AT&T park. This very charming apartment is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops Hayes Valley has to offer and has a walkability score of 93! No smoking in the apartment but a space may be designated outside if necessary. *Please note, I have been using one of the bedrooms as a dining room so there is a dining room table rather than a bed in it.
