Both the kitchen and bath have windows facing south. A bike room in the building allows for 2 bikes at $25.00 per bike per year. The doorman hours are 3:00 PM to 12:00 midnight - 7 days a week and there is a live in super. Washer/dryers and pets allowed with board approval. This Art Deco building is well maintained, friendly and located in a vibrant area of the West Side, near public transportation, shopping and wonderful restaurants.
