I'm looking for someone to share this 2bed/2bath apartment in Noe Valley from Mar 1 to Aug 31. The apartment is a charming Victorian in the heart of Noe Valley located just a couple of blocks from the Church and 30th St. shops, restaurants. It has hardwood floors, lots of natural light and a wonderful big backyard. There is also a nice deck off the kitchen which opens out onto the garden. In terms of transportation, the apartment is half a block from Muni #24 stop and three blocks from the J-line. There is some storage space in a separate space below the house. I don't currently have a car and so there may be a negotiated month-to-month parking space for an extra charge. The home comes with 50MPS internet, direcTV connection. The whole house is cleaned on a weekly basis. Utilities are extra, *not* included in the rent. The room itself is large (about ~180sq ft) and it fits a queen-sized bed, a large cupboard and one bureau and two side tables. It gets plenty of sunlight with two large windows and is a very cosy, peaceful and quiet room. The room has its own brand new attached full-bath (completed a week ago), completely updated, with large shower-stall with a rain shower-head, his-her sinks and toilet. I'm in my mid 30s, East Indian, gay, and work in a tech startup. I am clean, friendly and easy-going. I have a dog, a pointer mix, about 5 years old, extremely affectionate and lovable. Any potential room-mate must be comfortable with or love dogs. I have a pretty active social life which keeps me out and about. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet, considerate, non-smoking (at least not inside the house) and doesn't do drugs. While I like having the occasional holiday party, get-together, or BBQ in the shared backyard, I am looking for someone who will not bring too much of a party into the home (some is ok :).
