About 163 Wood St 3
Welcome to our home. We're looking for a third roommate to fill a recent opening in our spacious apartment. Move in is May 1st (or a little earlier, if desired). The room available is about 12x10 with a huge, wall-length closet and large window. The room shares a bathroom with one other roommate (the guy). The bedroom will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. There's room for more furniture/art/etc if you wanted to bring things with you. Your roommates would be two young professionals: one guy (early 30s), one girl (late 20s), both chill, normal SF working types. It's a generally quiet house where we share the occasional meal, swap stories in the evening and do whatever on the weekends. We're hoping to find someone who likes to be a part of the household but also does their own thing. Any gender/sexuality welcome but we would prefer someone around our age range. We have a beautiful space with a large, sunny living area where we like to hang out, cook dinner and listen to music. There's also a spacious rooftop deck with Presidio and Golden Gate views if you need a little fresh air. Amenities include: - Washer and dryer in unit (!) - Free, unpermitted parking on the street - Private roof deck - Modern kitchen with dishwasher - Gas fireplace - Trader Joes, Target, Best Buy within two blocks of the apartment - Easy access to major bus lines that run all over the city - By car: 5 minutes to shops and restaurants on Divisadero and Clement streets, 10 minutes to Golden Gate Park or downtown, 15 minutes from Ocean Beach If interested, please tell us a bit about yourself: what your average weeknight is like, what you're looking for in a new place/roommates and why you think you would be a good fit for the house.
