A big bright, furnished, hardwood-floored room with plenty of closet space is available for a 3-6 month stay (possibly longer) in a one of the most convenient, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in the city. Just a few steps from the apartment is the 38 Muni line which gets you either downtown or to the beach, both in about 20 minutes. Both the Park and the Presidio are jnust a fifteen minute walk away, and its just a five minute walk to both Trader Joes & Target ( at the intersection of Geary & Masonic ) where you can also catch a bus to reach both Haight st. or the Marina in less than twenty minutes. Finally, its a pleasant ten-minute walk to Clement st. where you'll find many small restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, and a wonderful Sunday Farmer’s Market. The primary tenant is a mature and easygoing writer who works from home and is looking for someone working off-site, preferably over 30, who would enjoy coming home to a peaceful retreat rather than a social hub. There's a coin-operated laundryon site, Utilities (including wifi) are $100 First month, plus one month security deposit required.
