Roommate wanted for large 2 Bedroom Apartment in South Beach, 10-minute walk to Caltrain and next to the N-Judah Muni line. Room is available now and rent can be pro-rated for December or start on January 1st. Our apartment complex includes 2 gyms with recreation classes, 3 pools, 3 jacuzzis, BBQs and saunas. Our current roommate is moving out for work reasons and we have an opening for our converted living room with a large bay window and private balcony. There is plenty of closet space, but it is a shared bathroom with one girl. Rent includes trash & water, and PG&E & Comcast (TV and internet) are usually $40 per month. We are ideally looking for a non-smoker. We are 2 fun, young professional girls in our 20s. We are both active and social (We enjoy hiking, running, exploring the city) Ideally we want a roommate who likes to have a good time but doesn't bring the party home on the weekdays, and is okay with having people over every now and then/weekends. We are respectful of each others space, but enjoy hanging out/exploring the city together too. We are looking for someone to move it January 1st, but can be earlier.
