Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Kierland Residences March finalizing a 6 month lease (1 month free!!). The apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom double en suite with stainless steel appliances and a Mountain View plus a large covered balcony!! The building was built just months ago and I have kept the apartment extremely clean, no pets, no smoking, etc. and I will have the apartment professionally cleaned upon move-in. This building has gorgeous amenities including a gym, workspace, pool, steam/sauna, salt room, jacuzzi and more (it's super nice). Unfortunately I've had a change of plans and need to move out of state for school - there would be approx. 6 months left on the lease (also flexible on move-in date).
