The townhome is available now for a 12-month lease and is managed by a local, responsive owner. Renters are responsible for all utilities (electricity, water, sewer, garbage, internet, cable). Renter’s insurance is required for a minimum of $850,000 coverage. We require a one-month security deposit equal to a full month's rent as well as first and last month’s rent, a credit score of 740 or higher, proof of monthly income at least three times the monthly rent, verified positive rental reference checks (name, email and phone number required). For the 3x income requirement, only two applicants may combine income, and each additional adult occupant must independently meet the 3x monthly rent on their own. No pets of any kind are allowed. Applications will only be provided to individuals who tour the property first. Other important notes: There is a Ring security system installed throughout the premise, including a Ring Doorbell camera and an external patio camera. There are no cameras inside the home. Tenant has the option to use the security system. There is a one-car garage in the townhome and plenty of additional street parking available on 64th street. This is a non-smoking, drug-free property. Portable or reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. A credit check and criminal background check will be completed for each applicant.
