The Presidio Residences are pleased to announce an availability in our Baker Beach neighborhood. Offered at $5,500.00 per month, 1503-H Pershing Drive is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment home with approximately 1,475 square feet. The spacious renovated kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and washer/dryer hookups, and the reserved carport includes 40 square feet of outdoor storage. The location is a short distance to the beach, and the park's private shuttle, the PresidiGo, is ideal for downtown commuters. We will be hosting an open house on October 10, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. We will be offering the home immediately after the open house base on our priority list sytem. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $5,500.00 Application fee is $46 per adult; Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month; and Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and $75 monthly pet rent per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. *Price reflects a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before October 20, 2025. Other options are available; please ask your leasing agent about terms. Pricing may change after October 10, 2025. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
