The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability in our Riley neighborhood. Offered at $6,200.00* per month, 129-A Riley Avenue a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex with approximately 1,250 sq. ft. These brick duplexes feature hardwood floors, a remodeled kitchen, historic details, and beautiful bridge views. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer hook-ups and a one-car detached garage. We welcome two pets per household with a $500 deposit per pet. We will have an open house to show the home on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Due to the high volume of interested households, we will begin accepting holding deposits on Thursday, October 14, 2021 starting with Presidio-based employees. If applicable after 11:00 a.m., and according to our priority system, we will offer these homes to general public households who have confirmed their interest. Additional Information: • Holding deposit for is $6,200 • Application fee is $46 per adult • Two pets per household with an additional $500 deposit per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. We want you to know that your health, along with the health of our residents and team members, is our highest priority. Prior to touring, a leasing agent will go over our COVID-19 Health and Safety Precautions with you. Additionally: • Wearing face masks indoors is required during the tour, regardless of vaccination status • Please do not attend the open house if in the past 14-days, you have experienced fever or chills, shortness of breath or trouble breathing, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion, or runny nose not attributed to allergies, new loss of taste or smell, other flu-like symptoms Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday 10am – 4pm.
