The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability in our North Fort Scott neighborhood. Offered at $8,400 per month, 1256 Armistead Road is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome that is fully carpeted with approximately 1,850 sq. ft. This home features a spacious tiled kitchen with granite countertops and freestanding island, a private patio under the trees, in-unit hook-ups for your washer and dryer and one designated uncovered parking space. The advertised rent reflects a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before November 6, 2026. Pricing may change after October 16, 2026. We will be hosting an open house on Friday, October 16, 2026 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM according to our priority list system. Additional Information: Holding deposit $8,400.00; Application fee is $64 per adult; Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month; and Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit, $75 monthly pet rent per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
