The townhouse comes fully furnished with a 40 inch tv, large L section couch, armchair and dining table/chairs. We also have a full size fireplace - perfect for winter! It is very close to the Ballston or Virginia Square metro - both are an 8 minute walk away. We also have a parking permit for street parking if you have a car. The townhouse is on the corner, facing Ballston Park. We are within walking distance of Clarendon which has a lot of great shops and brunch, dinner and drinks places. Ballston also has a mall, lots of dining options, a Giant and Harris Teeter grocery store within walking distance. My roommate is the warmest, sweetest person you will ever meet and anyone would be lucky to share a home with her. We love to cook together, watch trashy tv and go out for açai bowls together. If I️ wasn’t moving away, I️ would not be giving her up! This place also comes with the cutest and most well behaved pooch, Rosie. She is a super sweet rescue that loves belly rubs, is fully potty trained and respectful of your belongings.
