I can't comment much on the actual building or amenities yet, but what has impressed me early on is the people who I have interacted with to this point. The leasing agent Timur has always been extremely kind, professional and easy to get in touch with. When working with Timur, I felt he genuinely cared about making sure I had all the information I needed to be happy with my decision. I have also had great experiences with all of the people who work the front desk, but in particular with Judith. She has always greeted me with a smile and has been very helpful when it comes to the package room.

The move-in process went very smoothly. We love the apartment and the building. We needed a roll-in shower and other accessibility features in the bathroom and the construction group diid a GREAT job. My only suggestion is to better explain the garage entry during orientation. It was easy to get confused aand not wind up at the Residences.

We have lived in Liberty Towers for over a year and absolutely love it! From the staff to the amenities and overall location, it is a great place to live.
Hugo on the maintenance team especially deserves recognition; he is quick, diligent, and incredibly helpful with repairs. Whether fixing a broken knob or replacing our dishwasher, Hugo always gets the job done efficiently. Thank you, Hugo!
We feel very lucky to have found such as a great community and look forward to living here for years to come.

World-class service in a top-rate luxury building
It's actually unbelievable to me that this is an apartment building and not a luxury condo complex. It feels like you're living at the Four Seasons and has the views and service to match.
First and foremost, the staff here are like a Swiss concierge service. If there's anything you need this team will bend over backwards for in order to see that you're happy during your time here.
The service at Liberty is personalized and the staff treat you like family. They have a rapport with each other and the residents that is rare for a commercially owned building-- it actually feels like a community here. Imagine the old days of the Upper East Side NYC buildings where the bellhop knew your name and the concierge were like a second family-- that's what living at Liberty is like thanks to Timur, Jake, Judith, and the rest of the team here.
Timur, an experienced professional, who serves in management at Liberty, brings to the table a level of polish and personalized service that is akin to the Chief Concierge at the Ritz Carlton. He is as immensely helpful as he is worldly, a true European gentleman who cares about delivering an exceptional experience for all who live in this building or are prospectively looking to live here.He is one of the KEY reasons I became a resident here and am so greatly enjoying my time living at Liberty. Jake, who is in Senior Management, takes pride in this building as if he owned it himself and runs one of the tightest operations I've ever seen in any residential complex.
Second-- the quality of the building and the views.
The modernized units in this building feel and look like a luxury condo building. White quartz counter tops, light oak wide plank floors, white walls and cabinets, stone tiled bathroom floors, high ceilings, giant floor to ceiling windows. It's something out of an Architectural Digest magazine feature. The upper floors of the building with an Eastern Exposure have the most incredible views of the Washington DC skyline you will ever see without owning a $4 Million condo. The amenities, be it the rooftop pool, the courtyard with grills and firepits, or the penthouse gym complex are incredible as well.
10/10 recommend this building. It will absolutely be one of the nicest places you ever live in the DC area.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional management at Liberty Tower Apartments, thanks to our Community Manager, Jake Friedman. After a power outage caused an issue with our AC, Jake handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. He ensured that the problem was resolved quickly, minimizing any inconvenience to the residents.
Jake's proactive communication throughout the process was particularly impressive. He kept us all informed with timely updates, which was incredibly reassuring. His dedication to maintaining a high standard of service in our community truly stands out.
Thanks to Jake's hard work and attentiveness, the transition back to normalcy was seamless. I am grateful for his outstanding efforts and highly recommend Liberty Tower Apartments for anyone seeking a well-managed and supportive living environment.

I’ve lived in Liberty Tower for three years – having moved from the Midwest for career requirements. I chose the location based on the building location, amenities, and staff. Liberty Tower is convenient to two metro stations, an array of restaurants, several gyms, and two grocery stores – all walking distance. Since I travel for work the proximity to Reagan Washington National Airport is a plus.
The rooftop views of downtown DC and the pool were a draw to me in my initial search. The fitness center provides additional opportunity when I do not make it to the local gym. The ground floor patio and grill area are clean and allow me to grill with friends on occasion.
The on-site management and front desk staff is very accommodating. They are more than happy to help out with a special request. This was a priority for me with my work travel schedule. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive, non-disruptive to my day-to-day activities, and maintains my apartment and the building well. Additionally, management hosts events regularly so I can meet new residents and staff.
Liberty tower has served me well at my home over the past three years.

I absolutely LOVE living here! I chose this apartment building because of the fantastic location. In the morning I walk to my coffee shop, the bank, the library, the public pool, the grocery store. And of course the Ballston metro stop is minutes away! It is all of the perks of urban living in a homey neighborhood. I was shocked at the beautiful views I have every morning on sunrises and the Washington Monument. I can't wait to get up and see what that day's view has to offer! And in the evening the view looks like a Christmas tree with all the DC lights twinkling. I am very happy with the building too! The work out area is well maintained and VERY clean. The staff is so kind and helpful - they feel like family. They take your well being very seriously and have been extremely prompt in addressing any question I have had. And I love all the sweet well behaved doggies I get to meet on elevator! I am super happy I made the choice to live here!!!
Just finished move across country and the team at Liberty Towers has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and help with all the chaos of shipments and boxes and furniture deliveries. From entering the apartment with a welcome note and message to friendly greetings by everyone - this is high service apartment living. Building has a great vibe and friendly residence. Great neighborhood and lots of convenient places to walk to: Metro stop close. Love my new home.
