My roommate and I toured with Rashawn. She was welcoming and took the time to understand what we were looking for . The property was well-maintained and clean.
Overall, a great experience except they didn't have anything for when we were looking to move
I recently had a tour of these apartments and Kyle Newmiller with the leasing office really did a great job. He was very welcoming and answered any questions I had. His professionalism and dedication to helping someone find the right apartment really shows he wants them to feel welcomed and assured. Thanks Kyle!
I have had a wonderful experience living at The Reserve at Eisenhower Apartments. The office staff has been incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to assist me. They provided outstanding support in helping me secure an apartment that would accommodate my needs and belongings.
The maintenance team has also been fantastic, addressing my requests promptly and efficiently. I truly appreciate their dedication to ensuring that everything is in working order.
A special thank you to Jasmine, who has been so helpful in assisting me with fob replacements, parking requests, and other concerns. Also, a big shoutout to Kyle and a few other staff members who went out of their way to bring up a heavy package to my home after the delivery service failed to do so. That level of care and customer service is truly appreciated!
Every time I visit the office, the staff is always kind, welcoming, and hospitable. It’s great to live in a community where the management genuinely cares about its residents.

I had a fantastic experience touring The Reserve at Eisenhower! Jasmine was absolutely awesome—she took her time and thoroughly explained everything to me during the self-guided tour. My friend Lovie and I really enjoyed walking around the property and getting a feel for the community. The amenities and overall atmosphere left a great impression, and I’m excited about the possibility of making this my future home. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a great living experience!

I love this apartment complex. Elena and her team made my move easy and effortless. They are very attentive and really take care of the residence and their residents. The maintenance team is always quick and efficient whenever I needed their help. The grounds are well-kept. The location is perfect for me - walking distance to a Metro station, close enough to major highways, a quick ride to DC, local restaurants, shops, and Old Town Alexandria. The facilities are clean and just what I need - pool and a mini gym. The cleaning crew is always around. Thank you, Elena and team for everything you do. Shoutout to Shawntey for being so responsive and helping me with the move-in process from start to finish. You guys are wonderful!

I absolutely love my apartment (besides being very spacious and bright, all the household appliances are brand new).
The community in general is great and I specially love the gym!! Is big, with modern and clean machines - which I really value.
The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Daria was very nice during the whole process, making us feel comfortable and very happy with the decision of moving here.
The area around the community is very pleasant and with lots to do - yoga studio, gyms, restaurants, bike/running trails. I love the fact that here isn’t as calm as being in the suburbs but not noisy and stressful as being in the city either. It’s an amazing in-between places.
Another positive aspect of living here is that Van Dorn metro station is literally 5 min walking distance so me and bf don’t need to drive to DC. My concern before moving was that I thought we would hear the metro all the time but this doesn’t happen at all! Even still we’re that close to the station, we almost never hear the metro, I’m happily surprised on how quiet is the apartment and the community in general.
Old town Alexandria is pretty close too - like 10 min driving.
I only have great things to say about my apartment and the community, the experience of living here it’s been very satisfactory!

I would steer clear of The Reserve at Eisenhower Apartments, especially if you have pets. This complex will collect a $500 pet deposit prior to move in AND monthly pet-rent ($50 per pet per month), all to charge you $1500 to replace the carpet anyway and use your animals as an excuse. Our carpet was BRAND NEW (or at least we were told) upon moving in. My roommate and I have two cats, both of which are well behaved and litter trained. Upon moving out, we were told all the carpet was replaced due to "pet urine stains" that penetrated deep into the carpet. Undoubtedly, we would have seen or smelled if our cats were not using the litter box, as would the maintenance staff, but no comments were ever made regarding smell. In addition, I personally carpet cleaned the entire apartment prior to move out. After asking for proof of damages, the apartment staff then proceeded to send us photos of three very small stains on the UNDERSIDE of the carpet (quite obviously not pet stains). I wasn't aware that normal wear and tear warranted complete carpet replacement, or that we were expected to live in an apartment for a year without leaving any indication that people once lived there. We were also sent a photo of the surface of our carpet, which was completely clean. I'm still not sure what they were trying to point out in this photo. The carpets in these apartments are a light beige color and high pile, so to me it seems the unappealing appearance of these carpets in itself is being mistaken for damage, at no fault of our own. This is completely unacceptable and predatory behavior. My roommate and I paid the Reserve at Eisenhower a total of $1700 in pet fees, but apparently, that money wouldn't cover minor pet damages (even if it were pet urine). We were told prior to move-in the carpets had to be replaced. At the time, we were happy we were getting brand new carpets. Now I'm starting to feel like they replace the carpet between every resident and charge the previous resident for it, regardless of any actual damage. I would also stay away from this complex if you are planning to live with a roommate, rather than a spouse/partner. My roommate remained in the community and transferred to a 1-bedroom, and I moved out of the complex. The security deposit that my roommate and I split was transferred over to her new apartment, without any notice to me (so I did not receive my half of the security deposit back). Upon asking the office, they indicated I should "speak with my roommate to get my half of the deposit back". On the other side, the $1500 carpet replacement charge was placed on my roommates CURRENT resident payment portal, I was not contacted at all. In a scenario in which I no longer communicated with my roommate, I would not get my security deposit back, and she would be stuck with the entire $1500 bill for OUR previous apartment. Not only are these practices messy with majorly insufficient communication, I am genuinely offended that I am being accused of leaving my apartment in less than great condition.
