Hi, I have a private master size bedroom for rent ($1550/month) in a 2bed 2bath apartment in the Wilshire corridor/Westwood area. The bedroom comes with its own large walk-in closest and private bathroom and shower. The kitchen and living-room space is shared. The building here has a large rooftop with pool and hot tube, gated garage that has a shared tandem parking spot, and a gym. There is a 24/7 doorman that takes in all packages for our secured mail area. To live here you must be a clean person, I’m not a neat freak but don’t like a messy living area and don't have a preference for age and sex of next roommate as long as we get along. The building requires you to be able to pass their credit and background check so you must be able to pass both to apply to live here with the build.
