The unit itself is very nice with lots of amenities. The owner spent 10 years remodeling down to the finest detail. It includes: -Rock bed and gas fireplace (very cozy to curl up with a good book on cold SF nights) -Original and immaculate hard wood floors -Granite countertops -Stainless steel range, oven, and fridge -Bose surround sound with telescoping flat screen -Fine Mahagony and Oak paneling throughout and intricate wooden ceiling tiles -Iridescent shower and bathroom tiles -Fully Furnished -Washer, Dryer in building -Cool backyard with Succlent garden and bananna trees Water and garbage are included, electricity and gas are around $50/mo.
