The upstairs 3-bedroom flat is also available for rent, which can create a combined 6-bedroom home. Situated on a quiet hill in Eureka Valley, this apartment is just a 5-minute walk to the center of the Castro, offering convenient access to the entertainment and amenities of the Castro and Mission districts. Public transportation is readily available with the 33 MUNI trolleybus line running directly in front of the apartment, providing easy access to downtown and SoMa within 15-20 minutes. The apartment is located on the MUNI trolleybus line "33", with the front bedroom (king bed) located at the street. Double-pane windows provide sound protection, but light sleepers may prefer the queen bed room. The third bedroom is small but efficient, with a lovely side garden view and good natural light. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep noise within the apartment to a minimum after dark, as noise can easily disturb guests in the upstairs apartment. Exterior quiet hours are from 11:00 PM till morning. Bi-monthly housekeeping is required at a cost of $110 per visit, to be paid by the guest. Smoking is never allowed inside the flat or on the stairs; evidence of smoking inside automatically forfeits your entire security deposit. Small gatherings of friends are welcome, but please be respectful of other housemates and neighbors. Unauthorized guests will be in violation of residency terms and subject to additional fees, forfeiture of security deposit, and possible eviction. Flexible check-out times are allowed depending on next guest arrival and host needs. Please remove sheets from beds and place with used towels in the laundry room, clean all dishes, and take recycling/compost/garbage to the basement before departure.
