The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, and kitchen basics. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas, a BBQ grill, and comfortable seating on the patio and balcony overlooking the pool. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy gym access, free parking on premises, and a washer/dryer. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Long-term stays are allowed. Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa offers a prime location close to Disney, shopping, dining, water parks, and local attractions, while providing a quieter setting away from the busiest tourist areas. The gated neighborhood is known for its golf courses, walking paths, and relaxed residential atmosphere. Restaurants, entertainment, and family-friendly activities are just a short drive away. Please note that pool and spa heating is an optional add-on. The grill is a propane grill, and propane is provided by the guests; the propane tank may not be full upon arrival. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests. This home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community.
