The large, fully stocked gourmet kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, ready for preparing hearty breakfasts or family meals. Indoor and outdoor dining areas allow for shared meals. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, and a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled as needed. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway. Situated in Kissimmee, this villa offers convenient access to Disney, shopping, and dining while nestled within the tranquil setting of Reunion Resort. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door, and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are responsible for reporting damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
