The community also provides a shared hot tub and fitness center. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Located in the family-friendly Glenbrook Resort of Clermont, this home sits just a short drive from Walt Disney World. SeaWorld is approximately 20 miles away, and Universal Studios is roughly 24 miles distant. The resort community offers quiet streets and well-maintained sidewalks, making evening strolls pleasant, while the gated setting adds an extra layer of safety for families. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Check-out time is 10 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
