If you would like to add pool heating, it is available for $35 per day of usage and must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. Located in Clermont, this home is only 9 mi to Walt Disney World, 20 mi to SeaWorld, and 24 mi to Universal Studios. The convenient drive lets you experience the magic of the parks while returning to a tranquil home base each evening. The home is located in an ideal location on US Highway 27, near the junction with Highway 192. Within a short driving distance, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
