This home features four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds, accommodating up to 9 guests. With 3.5 bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the provided BBQ grill. Enjoy access to community amenities including a shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot. Nestled in the quiet, family-friendly Glenbrook Resort community, this home is just minutes from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld (20 miles away), and Universal Studios (24 miles away). The location on US Highway 27, near Highway 192, offers convenient access to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized prior to arrival, or guests may opt for a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of two nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules.
