Please request this amenity at least a week in advance to ensure availability. Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway, with additional daytime parking at the Clubhouse parking lot. Overnight parking is not permitted at the Clubhouse. Glenbrook Resort is a family-friendly community located just a short drive from Disney World. The resort offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, fitness center, beach volleyball, and a game room. Situated on US Highway 27 near Highway 192, the location provides easy access to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, including popular spots like Chili's Bar & Grille, Olive Garden, and IHOP. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and no smoking or drugs are allowed on the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please adhere to parking rules to avoid being towed, and respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and any damages should be reported immediately. Violation of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
