The well-appointed bedrooms ensure everyone has their own space, including a primary bedroom with a king bed and direct pool deck access. Upstairs, find a king bed, two queen bedrooms, and two themed rooms (Harry Potter and Avengers) each with two twin beds, sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. Enjoy the private pool with optional seasonal heating available for an additional $35 per day. Resort amenities include a resort-style pool, water slides, lazy river, and a fitness center. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, with a tank available to be refilled. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks, with Disney Springs™ and Old Town just a short drive away. Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park are popular attractions nearby. The home is situated in the beautiful Solterra Resort, offering a range of amenities and conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores, and 7 minutes from Posner Park. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms and the kitchen. Pool servicing occurs weekly. Check-out time is 10 AM. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community. Parking passes will be provided when you go through the gate, with up to 5 passes available. Parking on the street is not allowed, and parking at the clubhouse is only permitted while using the facilities. Failure to observe parking rules may result in fines and towing. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
