Free access to the community water park and clubhouse adds extra splash-filled fun. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this home is within easy reach of the region’s top attractions: Disney World (20-25 minutes), SeaWorld (30 minutes), and Universal Studios (35 minutes). The area blends quiet residential charm with convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee of $150. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, the A/C unit will freeze, and you may incur a fine of up to $500. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
