This large home is ideal for group getaways, offering ample space for up to 20 guests. The villa features a full kitchen with an open-plan layout connecting to the dining room and living area. Entertainment options include a dedicated game room with a pool table and game console, a sound system, and indoor space to unwind. Laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are available for longer stays. Step outside to enjoy the private pool and hot tub, complete with outdoor furniture, a patio area, a BBQ grill, and backyard space. Guests have complimentary access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities, including a resort-style pool with a water slide and lazy river, a fitness center, a movie theater, a games room, a playground, sports courts, and golf facilities. The grill is provided, but propane is not included and guests are responsible for purchasing it if needed. ChampionsGate is a master-planned community offering a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses. It provides convenient access to Orlando's theme parks, with Disney World approximately 10 miles away, SeaWorld about 35 minutes away, and Universal Studios about 40 minutes away. Shopping and dining at Posner Park, along with easy access to I-4 and US-27, make getting around straightforward. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of it in the correct bin can result in fines up to $200. Guests are responsible for reporting damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered. This home is suitable for children and infants. A maximum of 20 guests are accommodated at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation, with up to 3 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
