Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; please do not park on the street. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
