This home offers two large living areas, a dedicated cinema room in the loft, an upstairs media room, a game room with a pool table, and a karaoke room. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Enjoy climate control with air conditioning and heating. Pool heat is available as an option for an additional $35 per day. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available, along with an EV charger. Guests also have free access to nearby resort facilities, including a community water park and amenity center. Located in ChampionsGate, within the Four Corners area of Florida, this home offers easy access to major attractions and Orlando’s world-famous theme parks, including Disney World. Nearby Posner Park provides a variety of shopping and dining options, and easy access to I-4 and 27 makes getting around effortless. The gated master-planned community offers championship golf courses and resort-style amenities. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 16. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
