Propane for the grills is usually provided by the guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
