Downstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, while upstairs offers 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. You have the option to add pool heat for $35 per day of stay, with a week's notice requested. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you venture out, world-class meals await at nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community with first-class amenities. The home is a couple minutes' walk from the clubhouse and is located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Disney World is 20 to 25 minutes away, SeaWorld is 30 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. The resort is located within a gated community. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to properly dispose of trash can result in fines up to $300. A pet fee is applied for guests who bring a dog. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
