This villa accommodates 16+ guests across 9 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor and 7 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms upstairs. The living room provides generous seating for gathering, and the open flow between shared spaces makes it easy to reconnect. A full kitchen anchors the home, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing group meals. Indoor dining is complemented by outdoor dining areas and a BBQ grill, perfect for shared meals. The property includes air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy free access to resort amenities such as the water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, and gym. A hot tub is also available within the community amenities. Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Parking can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
