Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. The villa is located off State Road 192 and US 27, near I-4, placing you within easy reach of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World is approximately 20–25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a short drive further. Everything you need is close, yet the community setting offers a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community, just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray due to Florida's humidity and common occurrence of bugs. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Damages must be reported immediately.
