Climate control with air conditioning and heating keeps the home comfortable year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for home-cooked meals, with a dedicated dining area for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. Enjoy a private pool with optional heat and a BBQ grill. Guests have free access to the resort's water park, lazy river, hot tub, and gym. Free parking is available. Pets are allowed. The villa is located off State Road 192 and US 27, near I-4, placing you within easy reach of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World is approximately 20–25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a short drive further. Everything you need is close, yet the community setting offers a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash and place it in the proper receptacle upon departure can result in fines up to $300. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. We cannot guarantee that the propane tank will be filled upon arrival.
