There are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and an outdoor patio with a grill and loungers. Guests have free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Enjoy a private pool with the option to add heat for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice requested. Located in Windsor at Westside, an ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, this home is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. The resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World is very near, and the home is located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Disney World is 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is 30 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to follow trash disposal rules can result in fines up to $300.
