Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa is steps from community playgrounds and the resort's family-friendly recreational facilities. The resort offers a luxurious gated community atmosphere with golf courses and numerous dining options. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a variety of food choices, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass or alongside streets is prohibited. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. After rain, small bugs may wash off the screen into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
