Located in the Windsor at Westside community, this home includes access to resort amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, water park, lazy river, sports courts, and on-site dining options. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance. Windsor at Westside is near ample shopping, dining, and entertainment and is located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World and Animal Kingdom. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
