This 3,533 sq ft home features a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two living areas, and a free washer/dryer. For entertainment, enjoy the game room and movie theater. Step onto the private patio where a heated pool and hot tub await. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay. Located on a corner lot in Phase 1 of Solara Resort, you’re just a stone’s throw from the spectacular clubhouse and the gated community’s amenities. The resort’s central position places Disney’s parks within a short drive, and the surrounding area offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options throughout Kissimmee. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
