This villa sleeps 13 and features 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. This expansive villa features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two indoor dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer and relax on the outdoor patio furniture. For entertainment, there is a game room stocked with a variety of games for all ages and a dedicated entertainment room for movies and streaming. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests. Situated within Solara Resort in Kissimmee, this villa gives you easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, as well as resort amenities such as fitness centers, pools, and dining options. Nearby attractions include Disney World (7.6 miles), Universal Studios (21.7 miles), SeaWorld (16.5 miles), Falcon Fire Golf Course (11.7 miles), Disney Golf Course (13.7 miles), Premium Outlets (20.8 miles), and Orlando International Airport (27 miles). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 13. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the street. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
