This villa features two generous living areas, a game room, and an entertainment room for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen, highlighted by stainless-steel appliances, makes cooking effortless. Two indoor dining areas provide ample room for family meals, complemented by an outdoor dining space. Step onto a large patio with a private pool and hot tub, surrounded by comfortable seating, creating a personal oasis for relaxation and lively gatherings. Beyond the villa, Solara Resort grants you access to a waterpark and shared resort facilities. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, requiring at least a week's notice. Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, and a tank is available in the house to be filled. Situated in Kissimmee, this villa is a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions. Disney World is 7.6 miles (15 minutes), Universal Studios is 21.7 miles (30 minutes), and SeaWorld is 16.5 miles (25 minutes) away.
