The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and two indoor dining areas accommodate family meals and larger gatherings. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Set in Kissimmee, the villa is nestled in a family-friendly community that balances quiet evenings with easy access to the excitement of central Florida. Nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld are just minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the street. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
