This home offers ample space for relaxation and exploration near Orlando's top attractions. This entire home offers 6 bedrooms and 5 baths, thoughtfully arranged for groups of up to 13 guests. Two separate living areas provide room for everyone to spread out, and a dedicated game room adds a playful element. The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, and two indoor dining areas offer space for shared meals. Step out to the patio with outdoor furniture, a pool, and a hot tub for a refreshing break. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a dedicated workspace. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. Guests have access to resort amenities including shared pools, fitness facilities, and recreational spaces. Parking is available in the driveway for up to two cars. Pool heat and/or hot tub usage requires a written request a week prior to check-in and an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. The propane grill requires guests to provide their own propane. Located within Solara Resort in Kissimmee, this home is just a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers make everyday needs easy to manage. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex with a wave simulator and splash pad, an ice-cream parlor, and a bar by the pool. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests are advised that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests should pack sunscreen and bug spray. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Self check-in is available via smart lock. A dedicated workspace is available for those balancing work and travel.
