The layout spans two levels, offering shared spaces to gather and private rooms to retreat to at the end of the day. The living area provides ample seating for movie nights or relaxed conversation, while ceiling fans and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round. The kitchen offers a dedicated space for preparing meals, supported by full kitchen amenities and a dining table for shared meals. Indoor and outdoor dining areas give you flexibility throughout the day. Step outside to enjoy the private pool and patio. Pool heat is available seasonally and a pet fee of $150 is applied to your reservation. Situated within Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, the home is near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with Disney World and other Orlando attractions a short drive away. Major roads like US-192, US-27, and I-4 make getting around straightforward. The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Only one car may park in back of the home. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. We ask that you respect the checkout time of 10:00 AM. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
