Feel at home in this spacious 5-bedroom home located in the Windsor at Westside resort community, just a short drive from Disney World and other Orlando attractions. This home features 4.5 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer. There are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas and an outdoor patio. Guests have free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Enjoy a private pool with the option to add heat. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring up to one house-trained dog, with a pet fee of $150 applied to your reservation. Located in the sought-after Windsor at Westside community, this home is within walking distance of the clubhouse and a short drive from world-class dining and shopping options. The resort is conveniently located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, and just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and other famous Orlando attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 10. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
