Sleeping arrangements include a downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed, and upstairs bedrooms with a bunk bed, two single beds, and two king beds. A private pool with optional seasonal heat is available for relaxation between outings. Enjoy free access to the resort's water park, lazy river, and clubhouse, which are a short walk from the home. This is a pet-friendly home, with a pet fee of $150 applied to your reservation for up to one house-trained dog, requiring prior written notification and host approval. Parking is available for one vehicle in the back of the home. Situated within the Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, this home is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World and other Orlando attractions are a short drive away, with easy access via major roads like US-192, US-27, and I-4. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Guests are asked to respect the check-out time of 10 AM. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed one per reservation, with only one car allowed to park in the back of the home. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to follow trash disposal rules can result in fines up to $300. Damages must be reported immediately.
