There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. As this is a self-catering home, supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). The living space includes a dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi for any work-or-play needs. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, detergent pods for up to two loads are provided.
