This home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. This villa boasts five themed bedrooms, including two with bunk beds (one 'Star Wars' themed and one Princess Castle motif), two king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one queen bedroom. The open-concept living area is ideal for socializing, and the large, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. Entertainment abounds with a game room featuring air hockey and foosball, and a billiard lounge for relaxation. Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, requiring at least a week's notice. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. Reunion Resort offers community amenities, including access to golf courses. Nestled in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida, this villa is a short drive from Disney and other major Orlando attractions. Reunion Resort is a luxury gated community with a 25 MPH speed limit and 24-hour security. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies of toiletries and cleaning products are provided. Guests are responsible for reporting damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Parking is restricted to the driveway, and parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is not permitted. Shoes are to be removed indoors. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property. Guests are reminded that while the home is professionally sprayed for pests, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
