Feel at home in this spacious and inviting house in ChampionsGate, perfect for an ultimate Orlando getaway. This home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This home is designed to cater to large families, with two living areas, a game room with a pool table, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a free washer and dryer, and outdoor pool loungers. There is also a private pool with the option to add heat. Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please request it in writing prior to check-in, as it requires up to 24 hours to heat. This amenity costs $35 per day of stay. Located in the beautiful ChampionsGate community, this home is a 12-minute drive from Disney, 22 minutes from Universal Studios, and 20 minutes from SeaWorld. Everything you need is at your fingertips, with world-class meals available at nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community with nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, and dining at Posner Park. Transportation is a breeze with close proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Check-out time is 10 am. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
