Travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, and excessive noise should be kept to a minimum during this time. Guests must provide a list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, and the individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their ID when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Pool heat must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, and to add this amenity, you agree to pay $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given.
